One of the most complete fitness devices is the Concept 2 Rower rawer. Designed to last a lifetime, it is sufficiently ergonomic to be used in rehabilitation centers, and intense enough to be abused by the best athletes in the world.
This rower has several high-level functionalities including the ultra-modern PM5 performance monitor, redesigned ergonomic handles, adjustable footrests, and a silent and infinitely fluid freewheel. The RowErg is equipped with a comfortable seat, located 14 "high, and an aluminum monorail with a stainless steel axis to make anteroposterior slides of constant quality. Once your training is complete, quickly separate the rower into two segments and store it or add casters to move it. Snape also offers a wall fastening specially designed to help you save your space.
